Overall, this was a disappointing dining experience. We were initially brought a dirty spoon and had to point it out, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. My husband’s beer tasted watered down, and even my toddler’s apple juice seemed diluted. The cooking station looked unhygienic, with a visible gap filled with old, stuck-on food. The food quality was also lacking-vegetables were burnt, and the mushrooms in the mushroom soup were completely raw and uncooked. The lobster portion I ordered was surprisingly small for the price. Service felt unpolished-the host was not in uniform, and no one offered dessert at the end of the meal. On top of that, gratuity was already included in the bill but not clearly communicated, so we ended up double tipping. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price point, and we left feeling disappointed.

First time at this location definitely a disappointment. We chose a table over hibachi and it was like reheated food. Chicken was like rubber and the steak like a rock…. Guess we’ll stick to the coconut creek location

My friend and I struggled to find this area but it’s located on the second floor! We wanted to do the sushi but were informed they no longer do sushi at all so a little heads up! The garden salad and miso soup were delicious and spectacular. Pomegranate lemonade was a hit as well as the flavor ratio was just perfect. The sauces that come with the hibachi were super flavorful but my friend and I found the hibachi to be quite bland overall. Nonetheless the atmosphere is stunning with Japanese architecture!

First time here, service was outstanding, food and drinks were great!! Steaks cooked perfectly! Our chef was friendly and entertaining. Overall, it's so much better than the chain Hibachi I used to go to! This is my new favorite Hibachi place! The decor and restaurant were great. It's kind of hard to find but so worth it! 2nd floor of the pompano citi Center. I'll take better pictures next time!!

Both of our meals were extremely salty and my chicken was rubbery on top of that yum yum sauce was so disgusting. We were nice and told the waitress that we didn’t like our meal hence we didn’t even touch it and she said I came over and asked if you liked your meal and you said it was good… she even added an 18% tip onto our bill even though we didn’t touch our food she argued with us.. and I had to pay $32 dollars and my friend had to pay $40 dollars. Never returning. So expensive and such a waste…
